Guide to Establishing Non-Profit Housing Associations

Jood Business Center is the enabling arm of the Developmental Housing Agency at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, working toward Saudi Vision 2030 and to serve as the national reference for developmental impact by strengthening the third sector's role in developing non-profit housing and municipal sectors. The center focuses on empowering associations and creating opportunities for them to contribute to the ministry's goals. The guide addresses someone founding a non-profit housing association from zero, so we built it as a roadmap rather than a regulatory reference: three colour-coded numbered tracks — establishment, then institutional building across 100 days, then excellence beyond — so readers know where they stand on the path from whichever page they open.
